Our Journey

We started our journey in August 2018, with one-on-one Project Management Training Sessions; Following a very positive response and success rate, we had our first group session in November 2018.

Currently, we have trained over 200 people with an 85% success rate.

By success, we mean people who have successfully secured jobs in the industry after completing the sessions.

Over time, we have evolved by increasing our service offering catalogue and delivery methods to ensure you are equipped with the most accurate skills and techniques required to help secure your next job.

Our Delegates have secured jobs across multiple industries in the UK, Scotland, and Switzerland through our collaborative approach.

95% of our delegates get jobs between 3 weeks – 3 months after completion of the course. The key to success is preparation, commitment, and resilience.

Tolu - Founder & Senior Product Owner

Tolu is a seasoned industry practitioner within the financial service industry working initially as a PMO, PM, and currently, an Agile Scrum Master delivering a very complex solution for one of the big 4.

Tolu delivers the PMO and Agile scrum training courses using a practical and collaborative approach removing all complexities, especially for career changers.

Tolu has successfully supported lots of candidates from training through to getting jobs across multiple industries in the UK.

Banji - Business Analysis Facilitator

Banji is a seasoned practitioner and has garnered extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst and Business Engagement Specialist across a diverse range of industries, including financial services, retail, and the education sector.

Banji has experience delivering major projects and leading cross-functional teams, for corporations such as Lloyds Banking Group, Barclaycard, RBS, and Tesco.

He has successfully coached and supported several candidates with interview and CV preparation which has led to gainful employment. He provides ongoing job support, to ensure that candidates thrive in their new roles.

Berris - Scrum Master Facilitator

Berris is a PMP, Scrum Certified, seasoned project and Agile Scrum practitioner with over 10 years of experience leading delivery of technical projects within the UK financial services space.
Berris’s love for helping and supporting people incrementally has led to Berris being a part of the team and has supported lots of candidates with securing Scrum Master roles.
